Rapid prototyping is a process for the fast manufacturing of preproduction models based on CAD-data. It is a generative process, which transform CAD-data to a physical model without any diversion. The part is build up in layers hence also complex structures can be manufactured. Rapid prototyping is a generic term for a multitude of processes of which we can offer you some. Our business spectrum in this incessantly enhanced area includes:

  • manufacturing of illustrative models by 3D-Printing,
  • producing of rapid prototyping parts by MPL (maskphotolithography)
  • performance of research projects (material development) on a 3D-Printer (Zcorp) as well as
  • selective laser sintering (SLS) and stereolithografy (STL) in cooperation with other companies.
